Most of my working life has been spent in education and I have experience of working in a range of primary schools, including two as Headteacher. I have also spent some time inspecting schools as a freelance Ofsted inspector and until 2019 was Director of Education for the Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham. I live locally and my daughter attended Pierrepont Gamston Primary School.

I now work at St Luke's Church, which is linked to the school. I'm really keen to see the Christian ethos developed in the school so that children get a full and rounded education and learn to really experience "life in all its fullness".
